The Accounts Manager is responsible for contacting all customers whose Rental Agreements have expired for non-renewal and determine the customers need, expectation or issue. This position, though requiring extensive telephone collection type activity, is more a sales than a collections job.
The Account Manager's priority is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer rather than simply calling to collect money. However, it may require field visiting the customers residence to either discuss their accounts or pick up the merchandise, either at customers request or as dictated by company policy.

. Requirements: -Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency regarding account management
-Contact references on all accounts that do not return calls
-Use texting and other programs to contact customers
-Mail letters according to mail program
-Recognize and create opportunities to renew customers agreements
-Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
-Handle field collections and de-installations
-Aid store management in other store responsibilities including daily store opening/closing duties

Other Requirements:
-Valid state drivers license with a clean driving history
-Fluent in Spanish and English
-We conduct a drug screen and background check
